Details  PCP IS OPEN FOR CURRENT BILLING FOR MAY 29 THRU July 2, 2016. IT IS ALSO OPEN FOR LATE BILLS AND ADJUSTMENTS FOR APRIL 17 THRU MAY 28, 2016.

IT WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY MORNING, JULY 26, 2016 TO SWEEP CLAIMS THRU JULY 2, 2016 AND LOAD CALENDARS FROM JULY 3 TO JULY 9, 2016. IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE AGAIN BY NOON ON THE 26TH.

Event  BIWEEKLY SWEEP/NEW CALENDARS ADDED WEEKLY

Details A sweep of the billing will be done biweekly on Tuesdays. It will pick up anything billed by midnight Monday night that was not included in a prior sweep. New calendars will be added each Tuesday morning.

PCP will be closed during these processes.

Details  These services should not be billed by provider agencies.

FINGERPRINTS/BACKGROUND CHECKS should be emailed to DIDD_Business.Services@tn.gov for processing. Forms for these are available at: http://tn.gov/assets/entities/didd/attachments/Background_Reimburse_Form_and_Instructions.pdf

Dental Claims should be sent to your regional office for processing.

Ancillaries should be sent to your regional office for review. They will forward them on to Central Office for billing. PROVIDERS RAE NOT TO BILL ANCILLARIES IN PCP!

YOUR PCP LOGON MUST BE THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU INDIVIDUALLY USE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. THIS IS HOW WE IDENTIFY YOU AS THE USER FOR PASSWORD RESETS ETC.. IF WE SEND AN EMAIL TO AN ADDRESS FROM THE DIDD_Billing.ACR@tn.gov ADDRESS AND IT BOUNCES BACK WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO LOCK THE ACCOUNT. IT WILL BE LOCKED UNTIL WE ARE CONTACTED WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION. PLEASE KEEP THE USER ACCOUNTS UPDATED WITH CURRENT USERS BY USING THE APPROPRIATE FORMS. Each user must have their own login ID (their email address) and create their own unique password. A PCP user may never share the login ID or password with anyone else.
Using assigned or shared passwords is strictly prohibited.
Changing the password back to the default password (the one given when the account is set up) is strictly prohibited.
When a password is required to be changed, a new password must be created. Using the old password or simply adding one or more numbers, letters or characters to is not allowed.
Real words are not to be used in passwords. Passwords shall not be names of persons or places; they shall not be words that can be found in a dictionary.
However, substitutions of characters for letters may be used to render a real word unrecognizable by a computer. (E.g. L1nd@ for Linda or $@lL1e for Sallie).
Passwords shall have the following characteristics:

- Must be 8-10 characters long.
- Must contain at least one number, one upper case and one lower case letter, and one special character (a character that appears above a number on a key on the keyboard).
- Must not be a password the user has previously used in PCP in the past.
- Must not be in any way associated with the name or location of the Provider or the individual¿s name.
- Must not contain sequential letters or numbers such as 123456789 or abcdefgh.
