Event  2) PCP IS NOW OPEN

Details  PCP IS OPEN FOR CURRENT BILLING FOR JUNE 14 THRU JULY 25, 2015. IT IS ALSO OPEN FOR LATE BILLS AND ADJUSTMENTS FOR MAY 3 THRU JUNE 13, 2015.

IT WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY MORNING, AUGUST 11, 2015 TO SWEEP CLAIMS THRU JULY 25, 2015 AND LOAD CALENDARS FROM JULY 26 THRU AUGUST 1, 2015. IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE AGAIN BY NOON ON THE 11th. 
 
Event  BIWEEKLY SWEEP/NEW CALENDARS ADDED WEEKLY 
From  Tuesday, July 28, 2015 
To  Wednesday, September 30, 2015 
Details A sweep of the billing will be done biweekly on Tuesdays. It will pick up anything billed by midnight Monday night that was not included in a prior sweep. New calendars will be added each Tuesday morning.

PCP will be closed during these processes. Next sweep AUGUST 11, 2015. 
 
Event  ANCILLARY BILLING (A or X in Cost Center) 
From  Friday, June 05, 2015 
To  Thursday, December 31, 2015 
Details  These services should not be billed by provider agencies.

Fingerprints/Background Checks should be emailed to DIDD_Business.Services@tn.gov for processing.

Dental Claims should be sent to your regional office for processing.

Other Ancillaries should be sent to your regional office for review. They will forward them on to Central Office for billing.

Questions related to Ancillaries should be sent to your regional office.
