Details  PCP IS OPEN FOR CURRENT BILLING FOR DOS JULY 31, THRU SEPTEMBER 10, 2016. IT IS ALSO OPEN FOR LATE BILLS AND ADJUSTMENTS FOR DOS JUNE 12, 2016 THRU JULY 30, 2016. IT WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY MORNING, SEPTEMBER 27, 2016 TO LOAD CALENDARS FROM SEPTEMBER 11, THRU SEPTEMBER 17, 2016.

IT SHOULD BE AVAILABLE AGAIN BY NOON ON THE 27TH.

BILLING, PAYMENT, AND PCP ACCESS QUESTIONS SHOULD BE SENT TO DIDD_Billing.ACR@tn.gov PLEASE INCLUDE ALL PERTINENT INFORMATION INCLUDING AGENCY NAME, REGION, SERVICE INDIVIDUALS NAME AND SS#, SERVICE AND DATES OF SERVICE SO THAT WE MAY SERVE YOU MORE EFFICIENTLY.

Compliance will be monitored regularly and noncompliant accounts will be locked until the agency contacts DIDD_Billing.ACR@tn.gov for reactivation with a login request form that updates all login verifications..

PLEASE SEND A COMPLETED AND SIGNED LOGIN REQUEST FORM available at http://www.tn.gov/didd/section/providers TO DIDD_Billing.ACR@tn.gov. Forms will be processed in the order received and a notice will be sent when the account is activated. Please follow the criteria set forth below when choosing a new password.

VIOLATIONS OF THE FOLLOWING WILL RESULT IN A LOCKED ACCOUNT!

ACCOUNTS NOT ADHERRING TO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA WILL BE LOCKED.

YOUR PCP LOGON MUST BE THE EMAIL ADDRESS THAT YOU INDIVIDUALLY USE FOR BUSINESS PURPOSES. THIS IS HOW WE IDENTIFY YOU AS THE USER FOR PASSWORD RESETS ETC.. IF WE SEND AN EMAIL TO AN ADDRESS FROM THE DIDD_Billing.ACR@tn.gov ADDRESS AND IT BOUNCES BACK WE HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO LOCK THE ACCOUNT. IT WILL BE LOCKED UNTIL WE ARE CONTACTED WITH THE CORRECT INFORMATION.

THE PASSWORD MUST BE COMPLIANT. THIS SYSTEM CONTAINS PROTECTED INFORMATION.


Each user must have their own login ID (their email address) and create their own UNIQUE password. A PCP user may never share the login ID or password with anyone else.

Using assigned or shared passwords is strictly prohibited. PASSWORDS MUST BE UNIQUE, THE SAME PASSWORD CANNOT BE USED IN A DIFFERENT REGION OR ON A DIFFERENT ACCOUNT. YOU MAY NOT SIMPLY ALTER THE PASSWORD WITH A W,E, OR M OR ANY FORM OF THE AGENCY NAME OR NUMBER.

Changing the password back to the default password (the one given when the account is set up) is strictly prohibited.

When a password is required to be changed, a new password must be created. Using the old password or simply adding one or more numbers, letters or characters to is not allowed.

WORDS, NAMES OR INITIALS are not to be used in passwords. Passwords shall not be names of persons or places; they shall not be words that can be found in a dictionary.

Substitutions of characters for letters may be used to render a real word unrecognizable by a computer. (E.g. L1nd@ for Linda or $@lL1e for Sallie).

Passwords shall have the following characteristics:

- Must be 8-10 characters long.
- Must contain at least one number, one upper case and one lower case letter, and one special character (a character that appears above a number on a key on the keyboard).
- Must not be a password the user has previously used in PCP in the past.
- Must not be in any way associated with the name or location of the Provider or the individual's name or initials.
- Must not contain sequential letters or numbers such as 123456789 or abcdefgh.

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE ANOTHER PERSON'S LOGON

NOTIFY DIDD IMMEDIATELY OF A CHANGE IN PERSONNELL.

Details PLEASE CHOOSE A SINGLE INDIVIDUAL FOR THE SUPERVISOR ROLE IN PCP.

BILLING STAFF DESIGNATED IN PCP AS SUPERVISORS SHOULD ONLY BE AN INDIVIDUAL THAT HAS THE ABILITY AND RESOURCES TO GUARANTEE THAT ADJUSTMENTS AND LATE BILLS ARE ENTERED ACCURATELY AND CORRECTLY WITH COMPLETED NOTES AND VERIFICATION ON WHY THE ADJUSTMENT IS BEING ENTERED.

NOT EVERY BILLING PERSON AT AN AGENCY SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THE ADJUSMENT/LATE BILL SCREENS. IDEALLY AN ADJUSTMENT/LATE BILL SHOULD NEVER BE CHANGED MORE THAN ONCE OR PROCESSED WITHOUT VERIFIED "EYES ON" DOCUMENTATION.

ENTERING SUBSEQUENT ADJUSTMENTS CAUSES SYSTEM ERRORS, MISMARKED CLAIMS AND DENIED CLAIMS.
